Overview

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Ouraboard (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You may use the Service only in compliance with applicable laws. You agree not to:

  • use the Service to distribute malware, spam, or unlawful content;
  • attempt to access, probe, or disrupt our systems, other accounts, or networks;
  • reverse engineer the Service except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
  • abuse usage limits or attempt to bypass plan restrictions.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service (such as issues, comments, attachments, and other data) (“Customer Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display Customer Content solely to operate and improve the Service.

You are responsible for Customer Content and for ensuring you have all necessary rights to submit it.

Plans, billing, and refunds

The Service may offer free and paid plans. If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees shown at checkout and any applicable taxes. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable.

We may change plan features and pricing over time. Changes will apply prospectively.

Service availability and changes

The Service is evolving. We may add, remove, or change features at any time, and we may temporarily suspend access for maintenance or security reasons.

Third-party services

The Service may integrate with third-party services (for example, payment providers). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the security and integrity of the Service.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ouraboard will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ouraboard’s total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid to Ouraboard for the Service in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim (or zero if you use a free plan).

Privacy

Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to the terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
