What is a workspace?
- Delivery area where your boards and issues live.
- Members are managed at workspace level.
- Visibility is workspace-based, not organization-wide by default.
When should you create another workspace?
- Separate teams with different access requirements.
- Separate workflows for different products or clients.
- Need to keep boards clean and focused by domain.
If you only need categorization inside one team, use projects, labels, or teams before creating another workspace.
