Before you start
- Reports are available on Team plan workspaces.
- Viewing reports requires the reports permission (OWNER and ADMIN by default).
- Open them under Workspace Settings → Reports.
What the report shows
The report covers a rolling window (shown as a badge, for example 30d window) and focuses on flow health rather than vanity metrics:
- Open issues — current amount of unfinished work.
- Completed issues — throughput within the window.
- Average lead time (hours) — how long issues take from creation to done.
- Issue aging — open issues bucketed by how long they have been open, so stale work stands out.
- Workload by assignee — how open work is distributed across the team.
How to read it
- Rising open issues with flat completions usually means intake outpaces delivery.
- Growing lead time or old aging buckets point to blocked or forgotten work — check those issues first.
- A lopsided workload chart is an early signal to rebalance assignments.
